crowded area gym equipment

the breakfast area got quite crowded, especially around 9 am making it a bit stressful to find a table. the juice selection at breakfast wasn't great, it seemed watered down? the pool towels felt a bit thin! the gym equipment seemed old. there was a strange smell in the hallways.

warm staff relaxing interior relaxing external area disrespectful adjective courtyard bar noise issue

The staff was very warm. Nothing was too much trouble (i really mean it!). The interior and external areas seemed relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous.

The hotel calls itself 'gentle and great'. I think it misses an adjective, respectful. I could hear noise from the speakers in the courtyard bar. The management should consider the neighbors more.
